Acai Berry complaint by DBrillinger
I ordered PureAcaiBerry and was charged $74.76 without reading the fine lines, that does state there wil be a monthly charge to my account, what is frustrating is it is next to impossible to cancel by using the cancellation button at bottom of advertisement. I also ordered the Ultra Relief cream and I cannot cancel it on line becase every time I try to cancel on line my site shuts down, if you call the 800 # after 3 minutes it automatically hangs up. Ultra Relief cream just keeps charging $13.82. All wrappings do not indicate any return or help #'s. I would of never engaged in this, however I thought Oprha was endorsing this product. When will we (I) learn that any thing that is easy is a Scam!

:cry I also had to cancel my card! It is the only way to get rid of them. Do it today before its too late!!!!!!!!!!

I tried many times to get through to the 877# to no avail, I was always disconnected after 3:30 minutes. I called my bank and legally the only way I could get out of this transaction was to close my debit card (the one I used to charge),it will take 8 weeks to get a new debit card.

Honey, I called the 1877-350-8480 number as soon as I recieved the crap. I told them to cancle. I called back to make sure they cancelled and was given a number for cancllation. I also called my bank and told them vnot to allow any more transactions for this company. Do it, it works.
