I ordered a free sample of acai berry pills. What I didn't notice on the submit order page was a checked box next to the fine print statement "I accept the terms & conditions." They charged my account 3.95 for my free sample + an international fee. I check my back account every day & saw a pending charge of $89 from simplyfitpro, (the 3.95 was from online health). I got the c/s # from by bank, & tried to call all day. It's not toll free, & they tell you 120 people are ahead of you. I finally got them the next day. They said the terms & conditions state that I would get monthly shipments if I didn't cancel in 10 days from my original order date. They cancelled my membership, but would not refund my $89, even if I return the product because they don't except returns.

Well i feel everyones pain. I was calling the toll free number to cancel my order and discovered that the numbers given were BOGUS!!!!!! I also had to cancel my debit card, thnk god I don't keep very much money in that account so they weren't able to rip me off, again Good luck to anyone who can prosicute them!!!!!!

They continually have charged my account for $89.31. I now have a new debit card with a different number. I also am calling my attorney. I am going to sue them for fraud. I possibly can get a class action going for this particular company who keep charging these accounts under a different name every month but you cannot contact them by phone.

:( Okay I tried Acai Berry Supreme and didnt lose a pound! I got the free 2 week sample and I been trying to call the company for 5 days now about how to return the bottle.The 1-800 they gave doesnt work! Everytime I call I get connected only to get disconnected. And when you call after hours thats when you hear a recording about how they are closed and to call back. I dont wantt o get charged 80 some dollar for a product that doesnt work! If anyone knows how to get in contact with them and how to cancel plz let me know at Plz!

Smeone with the data shoud contact paypal and Visa headquarters and inform them of what is happening, Maybe they will cancel the merchant facility since handling so many comlaints is costly for them

yeah these guys are serious criminals- and the "acai" product you get it total crap- it's spray dried acai powder and has basically zero nutritional value 

It's sad because real acai powder (freeze dried) can be really good- just make sure you are buying from a reputable company like Sambazon
