Warning!Do not fall victim to the Acai Berry trial scam.
I ordered a Free Trial of the Acai Berry for $3.95 (shipping) and in doing so I unknowingly agreed to a monthly membership which was obscured in the fine print.
The Extreme Acai Berry Company DBA Fullfillment Company charged my account $89.31 after 14 days
and refused to accept the return of their product with the seal unbroken and would not reverse the $89.31 charge.
I have placed this charge in dispute with my credit card company.
This company is a fraud and should be put out of business. Please share this information with friends and family, so they will not become a victim of these types of Free Trial Scams!

I cancelled after 10 days (11/24/2009)They didn't respond to my cancellation until 12/15/2009 and they charged me for the initial shipment (claiming that I didn't cancel within 17 days)and they claim that they sent a second shipment "since I didn't cancel" and charged me for that shipment too. 1. Their acknowledgement of cancellation is a reply to my email dated 11/24/2009...and still they keep insisting that I didn't cancel within the 17 days period. (I have their email, REPLIED to my email, to prove that I cancelled after 10 days) The scheme is: A. They do not acknowledge the cancellation and charge for the "free trial" B. The company pretends they sent another shipment and charge again another fee plus shipping charges. Even though their bogus pills are good for nothing and I cancelled before the 17 day ending of trial period they charged me TWICE ignoring my request of cancellation. |

Out of nowhere the hairs on the back of my neck stood up and my bottom lip started quivering. I took that as a sign and told them not to even send me the product. They said well, it has already been sent and you would have to mail the product back. As soon as I hung up with them, I called my back and changed my credit card number. I recieved the product and no charges has been charged to my account. The best part is that i still have their product and Im not sending it back!.... One point for all the grieving customers!!!!! |

I decided to read that 30 day money back guarantee, and their terms and conditions. The entire thing was a bit confusing (Probably done on purpose), and all I got out of it was something about being signed up for an auto-order. That sounded, to me, like I was signing up for something I didn't want, so I decided to check out the customer reviews. This is very helpful, and I'll be sure to keep clear of them, and their product. |

| 10. Written by DONT GET TRAPPED, on 16-10-2009 00:39 I was excited thinking I was going to get a free trial. WRONG I was trapped into a subscription 89 for the Acai 82 for the detox every month. YIKES!!!Finally ended up closing my account to get them out of my pocket. Do not give these people any credit information. There is no company information and no phone number to coancel with. STAY AWAY |
