Extreme Acai Berry Free Trial Scam
Page 2

Warning!

Do not fall victim to the Acai Berry trial scam.

I ordered a Free Trial of the Acai Berry for $3.95 (shipping) and in doing so I unknowingly agreed to a monthly membership which was obscured in the fine print.

The Extreme Acai Berry Company DBA Fullfillment Company charged my account $89.31 after 14 days

and refused to accept the return of their product with the seal unbroken and would not reverse the $89.31 charge.

I have placed this charge in dispute with my credit card company.

This company is a fraud and should be put out of business. Please share this information with friends and family, so they will not become a victim of these types of Free Trial Scams!

I ordered this today, then tried to cancel. Same thing no one answered. I called my credit card company and they said 2 charges for 4.95 were pending. The guy told me that until they had went through there was nothing I could do. I hung up then called back I said to either change my card number and give me a new account or I will cancel my card. The new lady was more than happy to do this. So there is nothing I can do about the 4.95, but they will not be able to bill me for any additional, because it will be declined due to account closed. I am also going to write return to sender on all packages. What a pain!! I can't report them to the bbb, because I can't find a buisness name or address.

They DO have a Return Process!!! It takes a lot, but don't give up! None of us can afford to lose that money or support this company to stay in business!!

Extreme Acai Berry was the worst experience!!

Don't forget if you sign up, it automatically signs you up for 2 other programs!!

My advise as I was promised a full refund: Do NOT hang up the first time you call until you get a supervisor on the phone to promise you a full refund. They may try and say they'd give you a partial, do not accept anything less than a full refund! Say you will complain to the Better Business Bureau and continue the already numerous blogs and complaints about this product and company across the internet. Also mention you know the phone conversation is being recorded and want the Customer Service Rep ID # and also note the time & date of conversation.

They DO have a return process. I had to call back 5 subsequent times because there were always additional information they conveniently left out in order to process my return and each time they tried to say they don't return or they can't find my information. Do NOT hang up until you get the resolution you wanted!

Information you need to get before you hang up the phone when they promise you can get a refund:

1. Customer Service Rep Name & ID #

2. Cancellation Confirmation #

3. Conversation transaction # if they have one.

YOU WILL have to call back to provide the ACTIVATED tracking #.

4. After you provide the tracking #, get the Return Confirmation #. They say it takes 14 business days to process.

If i don't get my refund in 14 days, I will be following up with the Better Business Bureau (Thank you to the person that posted the Parent Company Information and that this company is UT based).

GOOD LUCK ALL!!

I also put in a claim with my bank and asked this company be blacklisted (if they have such a thing).

I had the extact same thing happen when i tried calling. it showed up as devine beauty labs on my credit card. funny thing is i didnt even order anything from them, i had ordered something from a different acai berry site who when i called them very nicely cancelled whatever charges they applied. this place of whom i didnt know the name until i got tired of arguing with the sarcastic b**** game me their "corporate" address in florida (as stated earlier on here) when i asked for a phone number for corporate she refused to give me one. she told me I was the only person who has complained everyone else called in enough time. i never even signed up for thie crap! and when i wanted to talk to a supervisor she told me no, she was in an office. and i told her must be working for some p.o.s. business if there is only 1 supervisor on staff. she calimed their was another one but for a different team and she wouldnt help me. I called my credit card and am refusing the charges, i will not pay these crooks. Beware though, there is some other acai berry website that hooks up with this one and they both charge you. 1 is 87.13 and the other is 89.31 and im so not trying the product.

I am so glad that I did not fall for this. I wanted to try it but something just wouldn't let me do it. So I decided to check it out first and I found this website. Thank God for that! I don't have $89 to give away. I think these people just play on emotional people who are wanting to loose weight and they know that it is a very personal and discouraging situation to want to loose weight and can't. God have mercy on them, because what goes around will always come back around. By the way, did anybody loose any weight like it promised?

my question is what the *** is in the bottles if the rest is a scam...my wife has been scamed to. it seems to me like the effects on her were relatively the same as a small dose of extasy. someone should have the pills looked at and if anything is illegal in them then maybe someone can nail thier balls to the table.

shouldn't there be a class action for

all the people who have been scammed out of close to $100.00.

These people are thieves!!!!! I have called numerous times and are still waiting for the debit to be reversed!!

They are a total scam, the worst customer service -that hung up on me, and I haven't received any product but have been charged $129.70. Don't fall for it! Dispute it with your credit card company. Let's get these suckers!

I also fell for this scam. I tried to cancel within the 14 days but no one answers the phone. It is constantly busy. I have since been charged $89. 31 and on top of that, I never even received the product (not that I want it though). After looking over the website again, I found their address, it says they are located in Florida. I filed a complaint with Florida's BBB, turns out the company is not located in Florida. The address they provide is actually not their address. They are based out of Utah. Florida's BBB actually forwarded my complaint to the appropriate BBB in Utah. The company's actual name is Crush LLC, they dba

I know how you guys can get your money back.

1. Get a prepaid gift/visa card.

2. Make sure there is only $3.95 left on the card.

3. Go to the site and purchase the $3.95 sample bottle.

4. Call them and cancel when you get the bottle. (You really don't need to do this since there is only $3.95 on the card, but just to follow the their terms.)

5. Go to ebay and sell the bottle. They go for $40 +

:grin :grin
