Warning!Do not fall victim to the Acai Berry trial scam.
I ordered a Free Trial of the Acai Berry for $3.95 (shipping) and in doing so I unknowingly agreed to a monthly membership which was obscured in the fine print.
The Extreme Acai Berry Company DBA Fullfillment Company charged my account $89.31 after 14 days
and refused to accept the return of their product with the seal unbroken and would not reverse the $89.31 charge.
I have placed this charge in dispute with my credit card company.
This company is a fraud and should be put out of business. Please share this information with friends and family, so they will not become a victim of these types of Free Trial Scams!

2. Written by grumpy, on 27-04-2010 19:23 Wow. I guess I am kind of glad I am not the only one who didn't see the fine print that was supposedly there. I also got screwed on the trim cleanse as well. Anyone know how to get out of this deal?
3. Written by Mr J, on 22-03-2010 03:52 You see this is why you idiot's should go take the product knowledge!! (NAME of the PRODUCT) and go buy it from a health shop like i did!!, as it works out a lot cheaper, and you don't get scammed or taken for a ride. Dumb ***'s!!!! really you were all asking for it.. lol ![]()
4. Written by jackie, on 19-03-2010 13:35 I saw the acai berry and the clenser on myspace and decided to try it out. I got the acai berry a week later, along with $89.00 charge! what ever happened to the free part!?! As for the clenser I also got a $80.00 charge for that and never even got the product. when I called the acai company they cancled my trial but would not refund me despite the fact they skipped the whole free trial thing. And as for the clenser they flat out refused to help me at all, they would not refund me or send me the product they grossly over charged me for that I never got. Finally I threatend to call the BBB and they agreed to cancle my trial offer but would not refund me!I learned a very expensive lesson, if it's too good to be true IT IS!
5. Written by kp, on 18-03-2010 10:32 Saw there add on Facebook, thought i'd check it out as it was also incorporated with the Film 300 and the actors on there who used it to get ripped. The postings all looked made up but were supported by pictures of the sender. So I thought i'd try it out, but as i read the fine print, there it was - an automtic $89.00 charge to keep my supplied they said YEAH RIGHT!!!!!! That confirmed my doubts, SCAM SCAM SCAM
6. Written by Donna Pereira, on 19-02-2010 13:40 I went on the site where people praise the product so I gave my reiview of it and dared them to post it. Then 10 mins. later after not seeing it posted I gave them another piece of my mind. Suddenly the posting site was shut down due to scams they said. Later the next day postings were still being made. Bogus ones I suspect. They are all made up. Anyone can see through those phony postings. It makes me want to vomit!!! Why does this company still manage to continue business. I as well as millions of other unsuspecting targets got taken pretty *** well.

8. Written by Recharged scam, on 22-01-2010 11:38 I canceled the product got a refund and now they are trying to charge me again. In dispute with my credit card.
9. Written by gabriel, on 04-01-2010 22:27 On 11/14/2009 I've responded to their offer: 17 days free trial. I cancelled after 10 days (11/24/2009)They didn't respond to my cancellation until 12/15/2009 and they charged me for the initial shipment (claiming that I didn't cancel within 17 days)and they claim that they sent a second shipment "since I didn't cancel" and charged me for that shipment too. 1. Their acknowledgement of cancellation is a reply to my email dated 11/24/2009...and still they keep insisting that I didn't cancel within the 17 days period. (I have their email, REPLIED to my email, to prove that I cancelled after 10 days) The scheme is: A. They do not acknowledge the cancellation and charge for the "free trial" B. The company pretends they sent another shipment and charge again another fee plus shipping charges. Even though their bogus pills are good for nothing and I cancelled before the 17 day ending of trial period they charged me TWICE ignoring my request of cancellation.
