Page 1 of 2 Most companies have the courtesy to have a decent Return Policy. Prior to that they also have the obligation to provide you with a receipt of some sort. This company is lacking of it.
They will in no way accept returns (a $89.31value). They will only provide you with a confirmation number and a cancellation number but not send email notices unlike most companies who do business electronically.
Calling both of their customer service numbers (18773508480 or 18012087485) is a terrible wait. They will put you on hold for at least 3 to 5 minutes.
I am very dissatisfied.

What a scam!
I haven't realized this's toatally a scam until this afternoon!They never answer the calls.I'll do anything to cancel the *** service.If i failed,do I need to cancel my card?

after 40 minutes of being on hold listening to the headache inducing music, they finally answered the phone and just said it was shipped out on the 20th. I had them cancel it anyways since it had taken so long to reach them. I WILL NOT fall for this again.

I order the product on the 10th and today is the 21st. Have not received it yet. Tried to call and cancel it and I am either on hold forever or it rings busy. I'm starting to get really frustrated.

Yes they did the same to me. Cancelled as soon as I received the product and still was charged the monthy amt. after the 14 days. People beware do not fall victim into this scam. I wish I saw this website before ordering this crap. And now I am fighting to get my money back. I've read other comments here. Cancel ur card or don't let ur bank know to not allow any more transactions from this company. I will do the same. Good luck to everyone.

I ordered my trial on October 11 and I still have NOT received it. Today is Oct. 20. The trial period ends on the 25th, so what do I do? The numbers constantly ring busy!!!

Been calling these customer service numbers for days, and noone will pick up....also they charged me after I cancelled, i cancelled right away after ordering the trial....
