I recently ordered the 14-day trial for $3.99 -- you know the one ophrah used and recommended. Yes, I got it. Yes, I tried it. I DID READ THE paper included that stated: unless I call and cancel within 14 days, my credit card would be charged 89.00 EVERY MONTH.
I immediately called (the 1st time) they asked to send an additional sample for only 3.99 and I was to call before the 24th of Oct to cancel. I called today (17th) to cancel and was offered the one billing period again for 3.99. They ask you if you have experienced any benefits.
I insisted they cancel and 'Ann' (in Bermuda mind you), did cancel my 'order' and I have the confirmation # written on the same paper that came with my trial bottle. READ ANY PAPER INCLUDED THOROUGHLY and get ready to wait and wait and wait and wait on hold to cancel (if you are going to).... you'll get routed somewhere and someone will finally connect....
